Took forever even though they supposedly have separate lines for appointments vs non appointments. If that’s the case then hold customers accountable and make sure customers with appointments take priority. Also, they made me pay for my rotation and balance even though I’m pretty sure it’s free if you bought your tires from Costco which I did but they wouldn’t take my proof that my tires were from Costco. It shouldn’t matter if I bought the tires from a different Costco.

I have had good luck with all the tires I have purchased at Costco. Price of the tires includes Everthing, install, road hazard protection, free rotation for the life of the tires.

The service was good. Once I got it scheduled. I found their scheduling process to be a bit confusing and difficult to change but probably more the operator. Everything with the tire replacement went smooth until I drove home. Halfway home my tire sensor went on that my air pressure was low. So I was a bit disappointed. I was also disappointed that they could not align the tires. Who buys new tires without getting a front end alignment. So now I have to make an appointment with a different garage. Costco said they had a program. But when I looked into it there was nothing in my area so it meant another hour drive back to kalamazoo. I don't believe I would jump through all these hoops again. Next time. I would go to a tire center that would do a complete job.

Years ago i used to have summer tires switched over from winter tires and winter switched to summer tires here every year… Informed i could no longer do that now unless i bought Costcos tires… Second occurrence here was few months ago I had brought a truck here that had brand new TPMS sensors just needed to be programmed. They tried to activate the sensors couldn’t get them to program and told me i needed a $3,000 Body Control Module, Took the vehicle to Belle and had it programmed 30 minutes later. Now after years of bringing in waste tires i find around my property i’m told by the tire manager i can now no longer bring in waste tires anymore either because they are priced TOO competitively. Literally pay hundreds every year in annual rates to costco for them to have “competitive” prices. Save yourself the headache and switch to sam’s club.

If I could give this place a negative star I would. Went out of my way to get tires at Costco for those “membership” perks. The one time I needed my tire repaired/replaced they NOT only don’t take care of the product they offered me $130 credit to put towards $1100 worth of tires. If I got these at Discount Tire the coverage they offer this would have been taken care of. Good thing we get all these “membership” perks “hassle free” coverage because they are unless and waste of your money.
